Job description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • O2O Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive O2O strategies to integrate online and offline customer experiences.
  • Delivery Operations: Oversee delivery operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery services that meet customer expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of O2O operations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics: including but not limiting to traffic funnel and Ads optimization, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all O2O touchpoints, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the User Operations Director and cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and store operations, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology to improve O2O operations, including the integration of digital platforms with physical store systems.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends and best practices in O2O operations and apply relevant insights to enhance Chagee Vietnam's O2O strategy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards across O2O operations.
  • Partnerships: Strong partnership management skills, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation, relationship building, and strategic collaboration
Requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of O2O operations, delivery management, and customer experience optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skils; especially in managing conversations/negotiation with external parties
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing O2O operations in a digital business environment.
  • Experience working in Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
